Introduction

The Code of Ethics, Norms and Conduct of Gestor Consultoria encompasses the norms and ethical principles that should guide the daily life of all employees or partners who act on our behalf. This Code plays a fundamental role in building the foundation for our success and is a guide for the ethical behavior expected from each of us.

This Code applies to directors, employees, suppliers, service providers, business partners and all relationships, whether individuals or legal entities, regardless of formal contract or not, in which Gestor Consultoria is involved.

It is everyone's responsibility to be an example of ethical conduct and disseminate the Code among coworkers, suppliers and service providers who use the Gestor Consultoria name for any purpose.

Information Security and Property Principles

About information and technological resources

Employees and service providers must protect confidential information of Gestor Consultoria and its clients and ensure the proper use of technological resources.

  • Disclose confidential or non-confidential information, even informally, about data, processes and internal documents, technical and registration information, business letters, commercial proposals, contract details, client databases and Internal System data
  • Data and documents from the internal and external network cannot be copied or, in any way, used for personal benefit or for third parties, subject to legal penalties
  • Disclose, by any means or pretext, psychotechnical reports and assessments, interview reports and résumés of clients and candidates in selection processes
  • Provide access to the Internal System, with login and password not permitted to be given to third parties, even to a coworker
  • Modify the original settings of computational and information technology resources made available, unless previously authorized
  • Download from the internet, copy from third parties and/or install unlicensed computer programs on computational resources
  • Copy software provided by Gestor Consultoria or install on unauthorized equipment
  • Access internet sites that contain pornographic, illegal content, or that contain any type of discrimination

About the use and preservation of physical property

  • The company's property consists of facilities, furniture, products, equipment and materials necessary to carry out our activity and must be preserved by employees, being used correctly and exclusively for work purposes
  • Corporate cell phones cannot be removed from Gestor's physical premises by Trainee Consultants, Assistants and Interns, except in exceptional situations and with prior authorization from Administration
  • Corporate cell phones cannot be used for personal purposes

Relationship Principles

With external clients

  • The relentless pursuit of excellence in serving external clients and quality in service delivery is our main commitment
  • Courteous service, provision of information and referral to other areas when necessary are attitudes expected of all employees
  • We consider it important to invest in the conservation and maturation of the relationship with the client as a condition for loyalty and potentialization
  • A corporate posture must be assumed when in contact with the client, always with business and loyalty focus, but not allowing evasion or intimate treatment

With internal clients – partners

  • The posture we must assume in contact with other internal clients is one of respect, mutual help and unconditional daily support
  • Aggression or attitudes that expose another team member, retaliation or non-conforming behavior towards the team will not be tolerated
  • Omission will not be well regarded in moments when another partner demonstrates needing support, which could compromise a delivery on behalf of Gestor Consultoria
  • There must be respect in dealing with others, so that the work environment is positive and healthy, where everyone is valued and motivated
  • Do not expose others, keep personal situations out of the workplace
  • Observation of hierarchy, respecting the company's system and its hierarchical divisions

With suppliers

The hiring of suppliers and service providers must be based exclusively on the company's needs, following legal, technical, professional and ethical criteria.

  • No type of discrimination based on color, sex, religion, social class, sexual orientation, origin, provenance, age and physical conditions will be tolerated
  • Suppliers must comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations in force, including respect for health, safety, human rights, labor, environment and local legislation
  • Suppliers must provide their employees with decent working conditions regarding working hours, health and safety
  • Gestor has a zero tolerance policy for any act of corruption
  • We do not adopt, encourage or allow the practice of any conduct that constitutes or results in acts harmful to Public Administration
  • Gestor Consultoria requires that all company matters be treated by its suppliers with secrecy, confidentiality and protection of intellectual property rights
  • We do not negotiate, offer, promise, receive, enable, pay or authorize bribes to improve or secure our activities
  • Employees are not permitted to maintain romantic relationships with suppliers or service providers with whom they have direct contact
  • Accepting gifts from suppliers is permitted if they are institutional gifts or have a symbolic value of up to R$ 100.00. In other cases, gifts must be forwarded to Administration
  • The Company requests its Suppliers to be proactive and immediately communicate any violation or suspicion through the Report Channel

Romantic Relationships

  • Employees are not permitted to maintain romantic relationships with clients, potential clients and suppliers with whom they perform direct service
  • Employees are not permitted to maintain romantic relationships with other members of the Gestor team if they hold leadership positions or in situations that may characterize harassment
  • If any of the cases mentioned above occur, the fact must be reported to the Board

Combat Against Child Labor

In accordance with constitutional principles, Gestor Consultoria aims to ensure full compliance with norms to combat child labor, promoting the full protection of children and adolescents' rights.

Gestor's Commitments

  • Prohibit the use of child labor in all its operations, in strict compliance with current legislation
  • Ensure that minors under 18 are not employed in night, dangerous, unhealthy or strenuous activities
  • Ensure that all contracts include specific clauses that prevent child labor
  • Implement continuous monitoring system, including regular audits
  • Immediately report any suspicion or evidence to competent authorities

Education, training and social responsibility

  • Promote continuous education and training programs for employees and partners
  • Conduct periodic awareness campaigns on legal and ethical implications
