The Pleasure at Work survey is an initiative that recognizes the best practices in People Management, highlighting companies that invest in the well-being, development and quality of life of their employees. The project involves a complete evaluation through diagnostic forms, employee satisfaction surveys and interviews with executives, resulting in a ranking that will be announced at a ceremony recognizing the 15 best companies to work in Pará.
