1998 to 2000

The Birth of a Vision

Gestor was born on March 13, 1998, by Nara Abdon d'Oliveira, with the desire to become a consulting option with cutting-edge services in Organizational Consulting in the North Region. The first headquarters was located in a 33m² room at the Belém Office Center. After eight months, it already had six employees. In 2000, CVRD (Companhia Vale do Rio Doce) initiated a partnership that became a long-term and positive commercial relationship, marking the beginning of a new era.

2006 and 2007

Consolidation and Strategic Partnerships

In 2006, Gestor started the year with 3 units, 42 employees and a portfolio of 150 companies/clients. In 2007, Gestor established an important partnership with Diário do Pará, expanding its projection in the state scenario. That same year, it conducted the first 'Pleasure at Work Survey', an exclusive event that rewards the 15 best practices in People Management.

2008

The Largest Pará Company

With a total of 57 employees and more than 634 clients, Gestor established itself as the largest Pará company in the field of People Management and Organizational Management, in addition to nationwide reach. Participation in projects, seminars and fairs expanded Gestor's dissemination in various fields, consolidating its prominent market position.

2009 and 2010

Maturation and Geographic Expansion

2009 was marked by the maturation and reactivation of major projects, involving the reopening of accounts from companies like Suzano, ALCOA and Claro. In 2010, Gestor enters the new decade with organizational architecture prepared to support economic growth, with 3 units in different cities: Belém, Parauapebas and São Luís, consolidating a pool of tools with cutting-edge technology.

Innovation and Product Diversification

In 2011, Gestor launches the Prime Nucleus focused on exclusive service for strategic positions at director and senior management level. In 2012, it acquired a portfolio of 55 consulting products in all dimensions of People Management and Quality, with 20% growth and strong investment in consultant development.

Technology and System Consolidation

In 2013, Gestor had 203 active clients and consolidated the internal system for companies, where clients could access the comtalento platform and monitor processes. In 2014, the company reformulated its management tools with proprietary systems, positioning itself among the few consulting firms in Brazil with exclusive systems. 2015 was a consolidation year with improvements that remain to this day in the Pleasure at Work Survey.

Partnership and Recognition

Years full of challenges where Gestor delivered many consulting products, helping companies and people in their quest for better performance. Pleasure at Work became a seal of reference in the state. The continuation of the 'Exchanging Ideas' project in partnership with Latina Comunicadores bore fruit, bringing themes from the corporate world to Gestor's clients, partners and friends.

Technology and Future Vision

Gestor invested in consolidating partnerships with companies like Thomas International and Treides, plus strong investment in technology through www.comtalento.com.br. In 2019, it held two editions of 'Exchanging Ideas' bringing themes like 'The Future of Work, Work of the Future' and 'Trends in Human Resources', resuming the strategy of external events with its main products.

Resilience in Times of Transformation

The year 2020 was surprised by the Covid 19 pandemic. Responding with virtual closeness to clients and employees, Gestor worked tirelessly creating and customizing solutions with agility. The number of loads grew exponentially and companies needed support to reposition themselves. During these two years, Gestor revisited its client base and consolidated its competitive advantages.

Silver Anniversary: 25 Years Transforming Lives

In 2022, Gestor conducted its strategic residence process, revisiting its identity and priorities. It decided to expand its operations beyond the North, now serving the Center-West and Northeast with the goal of becoming a national company by 2030. In 2023, it celebrates 25 years transforming lives. With investments in new systems and expansion of the comtalento platform, Gestor builds the foundation for its next growth phase.
